Plain reading of the agreement between you and UAB CS Healthcare System (the company behind eirid) when you use our apps and websites.

§1

Agreement to terms

This agreement is between you (the user) and UAB CS Healthcare System (legal entity code 307015260), registered in Lithuania at Lvivo g. 25-104, LT-09320 Vilnius, regarding the eirid app and website at www.eirid.com.

Creating an account means accepting these terms and creates a binding contract. If you don't agree to all conditions, stop using the app.

What the services include

  • Display of your health information — blood type, age, vaccinations, medications, conditions, travel destinations.
  • Public health information about travel destinations.
  • An AI-driven translator for talking with foreign healthcare providers.
  • QR-code sharing of travel card information via digital wallet.
  • An AI tool for assessing travel insurance coverage.
Important. The eirid app does not provide healthcare advice. AI can make mistakes — always verify important information with a qualified professional. Sharing data via QR code carries security risks.

Supplemental policies are incorporated by reference. The company may update these terms at any time. Updated versions take effect when posted, and continued use is acceptance. The app may be updated to reflect product changes and business priorities.

The app is developed in Lithuania; distribution may be restricted by local laws. It is intended for users 18+ — under-18s need parental permission. Age ratings on the Apple App Store and Google Play apply.

Our Privacy Policy is available within the app and at www.eirid.com/privacy.

§2

Acceptable use

The app may not be used for commercial purposes except those we specifically endorse. By using the app you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data without our written permission.
  • Collect usernames or emails for unsolicited contact.
  • Create false accounts.
  • Use the app for advertising or sales.
  • Circumvent security features.
  • Engage in unauthorised linking or framing.
  • Defraud users or extract sensitive information.
  • Abuse support services or submit false abuse reports.
  • Use automated systems, scripts, data mining, or scrapers.
  • Interfere with the app or connected networks.
  • Impersonate anyone.
  • Sell or transfer your profile.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Compete with us or build revenue-generating businesses using the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
  • Access restricted portions of the app.
  • Harass our employees, agents, or other users.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Copy or adapt our code (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Swift, HTML, etc.).
  • Upload viruses, trojans, or malicious material.
  • Use scrapers, offline readers, or extraction tools.
  • Disparage the company or app.
  • Use the app inconsistently with laws or regulations.
  • Misrepresent experience or information.
  • Advertise unauthorised products or services.
  • Falsely imply a business relationship with us.
§3

Information you provide

You warrant that registration information is true, accurate, current, and complete. You're responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the activity on your account. You must have legal capacity and comply with these terms. You confirm you're not a minor, or that you have parental permission.

If you suspect your password has been compromised, please contact hello@eirid.com.

False or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination. We may modify usernames we consider inappropriate.

§4

Content you provide

You may post content or send feedback ("User Content"). The company may use your User Content for any purpose, in perpetuity, without payment or attribution.

You warrant that your User Content complies with these terms, and you indemnify the company for breaches, covering all resulting losses or damages.

We reserve the right to remove non-compliant User Content. We accept no liability for the accuracy or defamatory nature of User Content. We don't screen or monitor content but reserve the right to remove it without notice. Views expressed by users don't represent the company's.

Our content

The app, services, and content (source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, graphics) are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited commercially without express written permission. Eligible users receive a limited licence to access, use, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not gain unauthorised access, modify, or enhance the app or content. We prepare the app with reasonable skill and care and use industry-standard virus detection.

Content provides general information only — not healthcare advice. It is not a medical advice, does not constitute therapy, and is not a replacement for a qualified healthcare or pharmaceutical professional. Always obtain professional advice before acting.

Third-party links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or applications. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party content or availability.

We accept no responsibility for advertisements. Advertisers are responsible for their own goods and services — please contact them directly with any complaints.

§7

App management

We reserve the right to monitor for breaches, take legal action, refuse access, disable content, and remove excessive files to protect our rights and the proper functioning of the app.

We do not guarantee that the app is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and virus protection. We strongly recommend protecting devices with passwords, graphic patterns, and other security measures.

Updates are provided at no additional cost and may contain enhancements and bug fixes. Updates may adapt services to technical changes or user demands without materially affecting conformity. We are not obliged to provide enhancements.

Modifications & availability

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove app content and services at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, hardware, or software issues may cause interruptions, and we have no liability for inability to access the app or downtime inconvenience. We have no obligation to maintain, support, or supply updates.

The app may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

§9

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app and services are provided as-is and as-available. Your use is at your sole risk. All warranties (express or implied, including satisfactory quality, fitness, and non-infringement) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We make no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness, and are not liable for content errors, unauthorised access, transmission interruptions, bugs, or viruses. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

For all users

  • We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, negligence, or fraud.
  • We are responsible for foreseeable losses from breaches of these terms, not for unforeseeable ones.
  • Total liability is limited to the greater of $5,000 or the amount you paid for services in the prior six months.

For consumer users

  • The app is for domestic and private use only — we accept no commercial liability for loss of profit, business interruption, or opportunity loss.
  • We repair or compensate for device damage caused by defective content and failure to use reasonable care.
  • Your statutory legal rights regarding faulty goods are not affected.

Term & termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the app. You may terminate at any time via the account settings, app-store instructions, or by emailing hello@eirid.com.

We reserve the right to deny access at any time without notice for any reason, including breaches of these terms or legal violations. We may terminate accounts or delete profiles and content without warning if use breaches these terms or applicable law.

After termination, you are prohibited from registering new accounts under your name, fake names, or third-party names. We reserve the right to pursue civil, criminal, and injunctive action.

§11

Mobile application

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless devices you own or control, in accordance with the licence terms.

EU consumers may decompile software if necessary for interoperability and if we haven't provided that information. Please request the interoperability information first and use it only for that purpose.

Apple App Store & Google Play

  • The licence is non-transferable for iOS / Android devices, per the app distributor's terms.
  • We provide maintenance and support — the app distributors do not.
  • App distributors may refund purchases but have no warranty obligations.
  • You warrant that you're not in an embargoed country or on a restricted-party list.
  • You must comply with third-party agreements when using the app.
  • App distributors are third-party beneficiaries with enforcement rights.
§12

General

Electronic communications (emails, forms, visiting the app) satisfy legal writing requirements. You consent to electronic signatures, contracts, and delivery of notices and transaction records, and waive any right requiring original signatures or non-electronic records.

These terms are the entire agreement between us. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. We may assign rights and obligations at any time. We are not liable for losses from causes beyond our reasonable control. Unenforceable provisions are severable and do not affect the rest. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists. No third-party enforcement rights apply except for app distributors under the mobile section.

Settlement of disputes

Consumer arbitration and online dispute resolution apply only to EU residents. We do not participate in consumer arbitration boards. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Lithuania's supervisory body is the State Consumer Protection Authority — tarnyba@vvtat.lt.

§14

Rights of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right after contract conclusion. To withdraw, contact hello@eirid.com.
